Purpose of role: You will be involved in the installation, design and development of software and hardware systems to integrate and control the building management systems within the built environment. Your role will also encompass the maintenance, pre-commissioning and commissioning of these systems.
Job Title: BEMS Technician Location: London & South East Department: Service Team Direct Reports: None
Purpose of role: Within this role you will be responsible for helping the team with all reactive maintenance activities to ensure they take place as schedule and resolved in the expected timeframe. You will also take part in undertaking simple Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to ensure the smooth running of the Customers BEMS. Within this role you will be provided with both in depth training and a mentoring program to expand and improve on your current mechanical and electrical knowledge and skills, which will allow you develop towards becoming a Service Engineer.

Purpose of role: To maintain, repair, and improve customer BEMS, taking responsibility for providing a high-quality service to both end customers and Facility Management clients.
Job Title: BEMS Engineer (Projects) Location: London & South East Department: Project Team Direct Reports: None
Purpose of role: To commission, set to work and hand over BEMS projects of various sizes and types, ensuring that they operate efficiently, effectively, reliably and safely and are compliant with all specifications and design.
Job Title: Project Engineer Location: London & South East Department: Project Team Direct Reports: None
Purpose of role: Within this role you will be responsible for helping the team and to manage, design and engineer a number of concurrent projects, ensuring delivery of all projects in time and within budget.
Job Title: BEMS Electrician Location: London & South East Department: Installation Team Direct Reports: None
Purpose of role: Within this role you will be responsible for helping the team and to install building energy management systems to all current electrical regulations and company standards
Job Title: Sales Engineer Location: London & South East Department: Service Team Direct Reports: None
Purpose of role: Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the relevant personnel within the Service Department in all aspects of estimating and sales, ensuring extra works, remedials and service contract quotes are delivered within the required timeframes and in line with relevant KPI's
